Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by emailing contact@levelheadlabs.com.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your customer portal
- Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy. Unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and is being processed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at contact@levelheadlabs.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before the order has shipped.
