Our Quality & Return Policy

Because we are a small, independent team, we invest 100% of our budget into sourcing the highest-grade ingredients possible. To keep our prices fair and our ingredients premium, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

We happily accept returns on all unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@levelheadlabs.com with your order number and we'll take care of you.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@levelheadlabs.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.

Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through your customer portal or by emailing contact@levelheadlabs.com. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
